Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the skateboard in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, chargers, and manuals to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the board's condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
